1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the pk slot platform at pkslot.click in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. - Account registration is free and requires no initial deposit.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

- Accounts opened using false information may be closed at any time and balances forfeited.

4Deposits & Payments

Bank transfers via IBFT are processed within the same business day in most cases.
- Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that you used for deposits, or to verified accounts in your name.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all pk slot bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise:

7VIP Club Terms
The pk slot VIP Club is a loyalty programme with four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — based on a rolling 90-day points balance. - Participation in the VIP Club is automatic for all registered pk slot accounts — no application is required.
- VIP benefits including cashback, birthday bonuses and priority support are subject to the account remaining in good standing.

- VIP cashback is calculated on net losses during the qualifying week and credited on Monday mornings. Cashback calculations are final unless an error is identified and reported within 48 hours.

8Gameplay Rules

- Referral commissions are earned only when a referred player registers, verifies their account, and makes a qualifying deposit.
- Self-referral (referring your own accounts, friends at the same household, or players who are already registered) is not permitted and will result in commission being withheld.
- Commission rates vary by VIP tier as described in the VIP Club section.
- pk slot reserves the right to review and adjust commission calculations if it identifies manipulation of the referral programme.

13Account Suspension & Closure

- Multiple account creation.
- Systematic bonus exploitation or collusion.
- Chargebacks or disputes filed through a payment provider without first contacting pk slot.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. If the investigation results in a permanent closure for a proven violation, real-money balances may be returned to the player's original payment method at pk slot's discretion, minus any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity.
Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
14Limitation of Liability
